Mission Beach is a three hour drive from Townsville and two hours drive from Cairns

Nestled beneath the rainforest backdrop of Clump Mountain National Park, Sealords is sometimes visited by the elusive Cassowary (a two metre high rainforest bird) which is now an endangered species - the Mission Beach area is one of its most important habitats.
